QRStarter is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• User Accounts: Registered user accounts with subscription management and usage tracking
• Subscription Plans: Free and paid subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits
• Data Storage: Cloud storage of user accounts, QR codes, and usage analytics
• Dashboard & Analytics: User dashboard with QR code management and scan analytics
• API Access: Developer API for programmatic QR code generation (on paid plans)
• Multi-language Support: Interface available in multiple languages
• Premium Features: Advanced customization, bulk generation, and enterprise features

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you must provide:

• A valid email address
• A secure password meeting our requirements
• Optionally, your name and other profile information

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Cancellation and Refunds

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Plan Limits

Each subscription plan has specific usage limits:

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 QR codes per month
• Paid Plans: Unlimited QR code generation (subject to fair use)

Fair Use Policy

While paid plans offer "unlimited" usage, this is subject to fair use. Excessive usage that impacts service performance or availability for other users may result in temporary rate limiting or account review. We will contact you before taking any action regarding excessive usage.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service, including:

License to Us

By using our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete content or close your account.

The QRStarter platform, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use QRStarter to:

• Create QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Violate privacy rights or applicable data protection laws
• Abuse or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

9. API Terms

If you use our API (available on paid plans):

• API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies
• You must properly attribute QRStarter in your application
• API keys must be kept secure and not shared
• We may modify or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice

10. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. Support is provided via email and our support system, with response times varying by subscription plan.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QRStarter, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Cancelling your subscription through your account settings
• Contacting our support team
• Following account deletion procedures in your dashboard

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice before termination unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data according to our data retention policies. QR codes you've generated will continue to function as they operate independently of our Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Class action lawsuits are waived
