By accessing or using QRStarter ("the Service," "Platform," or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

QRStarter is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

  • User Accounts: Registered user accounts with subscription management and usage tracking
  • Subscription Plans: Free and paid subscription tiers with different feature sets and usage limits

  • Dashboard & Analytics: User dashboard with QR code management and scan analytics
  • API Access: Developer API for programmatic QR code generation (on paid plans)

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When creating an account, you must provide:

Billing and Payment

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice
  • Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refunds

13. Termination

Termination by You

  • Following account deletion procedures in your dashboard

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or fail to pay subscription fees. We will provide reasonable notice before termination unless immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data according to our data retention policies. QR codes you've generated will continue to function as they operate independently of our Service.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through:

  • If unsuccessful, binding arbitration in Delaware
